Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 package cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Oreo cookies (crushed)
- Eggs (as per brownie mix instructions)
- Oil or butter (as per brownie mix instructions)
- Water (as per brownie mix instructions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
- In a baking dish, spread half of the brownie batter evenly on the bottom.
- Layer the cookie dough over the brownie batter.
- Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies on top of the cookie dough.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the layered ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for the time specified on the brownie mix box, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce for an extra treat!
