Description

A quick and tasty baked egg dish, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, feta or your choice)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1 cup cooked meats (bacon, ham, sausage, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and meats.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, skip the meat and add extra vegetables. Allow it to rest before slicing for best shape.
