Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
